A Qualitative study on human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists

Abstract
In the rehabilitation welfare of persons with disabilities, various research and implementation plans are being prepared for human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists for the disable. However, there are no studies on human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists for people with disabilities. Improvement of the human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists for people with disabilities providing disabled rehabilitation services leads to quality improvement of the rehabilitation service of the users. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data on how to improve the life satisfaction of disabled people and rehabilitation specialists, who are disabled people and service providers, by understanding the human rights and treatment of disabled rehabilitation specialists. In order to overcome the limitations of quantitative research on emotional worker"s vivid experiential experience, this study aims to overcome the limitations of quantitative research on emotional workers" The phenomenological case study method was used to analyze data. In this study, six questions were used to elucidate various problems, and ultimately it was concluded that the treatment of persons with disabilities was more urgent than the human rights problems of disabled persons.
